    1. The vertical bearing capacity of the floating wharf:


    Single layer


    The height of the single buoy is 40cm, each 1 square meter is composed of 4 buoys, and the 100% load per square meter is 350kg


    1. The no-load draft is about 2.5~3cm;


    2. The draught is about 15-20cm when carrying 230kg (safe use);


    3. When carrying 350kg, the draft is about 35-40cm (load limit).


    Double layer


    The height of the double-layer pontoon is 80cm, each 1 square meter is composed of 8 pontoons, and the 100% load per square meter is 640kg

    1. The no-load draft is about 3~5cm;


    2. The draft is about 40-50cm when carrying 460kg (safe use);


    3. When carrying 700kg, the draft is about 70~80cm (load limit).

    2. Description of horizontal bearing capacity of floating wharf (single and double decks are the same)

    〈2〉Anchorage method of floating wharf


    1. When the water depth is less than 3 meters, erect steel piles to fix them at appropriate positions, and then connect the piles with roller slides, which can prevent the floating dock from moving horizontally, but also can automatically rise and fall with the water level.


    2. When the water depth is greater than 3 meters, it is recommended to sink the anchor to fix the bottom, and the anchorage method of steel cable cross traction.


    〈3〉The material of the combined water platform is quite tough HMWHDPE (high molecular weight and high density synthetic material), and various chemical additives such as antistatic agents, antioxidants, anti-ultraviolet agents, etc. are added to make it The material has good weather resistance and impact resistance, and the life of the float body can reach more than 15 years under normal use.


    1. Temperature: -60°C to ≤80°C is the normal working environment of our platform.


    2. Strong weather resistance: anti-ultraviolet, anti-freezing, anti-erosion by sea water, chemical agents, oil stains, etc.


    <4> The composition of the pontoon and the installation of corresponding accessories and iron parts are determined by the size of the project. Generally, the normal construction can be completed within 3 days within 500 square meters, and it takes 7 days for 500 square meters to 1000 square meters. (The above time does not include the production of iron facilities such as anchoring works of floating docks, gangways, boarding guns, and railings; the above works should be finalized 20 days in advance, and then our company will provide design drawings and contract for customization.)


    The safe use range is within 2-3 levels of water surface wind and waves


    It can be used within 3-5 levels of wind and waves on the water surface, but safety protection must be strengthened to prevent tourists from slipping


    Water surface storms within 5-8 levels are extreme conditions (not recommended for boats to berth and tourists to disembark)

    Installation Notes


    The feature of this product is that there are 4 earrings on the four corners of each pontoon for connection and fixation. The 4 side ears are staggered on different horizontal planes. When every four pontoons form a unit square in the correct direction, the 4 side ears in the center position just overlap each other, and a special short pin can be used to insert and fix it. By extending this method, a floating platform of any shape and size can be formed.
