Dawangtan National Water Conservancy Scenic Area is 28 kilometers away from the southern suburbs of Nanning, the capital of Guangxi. It is built on Dawangtan Reservoir. It is famous for its beautiful southern lakes and mountains and magnificent modern water conservancy projects. It is known as the "back garden" of the capital Nanning and belongs to the green capital of Nanning. One of the top ten scenic spots, an excellent tourist scenic spot in Guangxi.
Dawangtan Reservoir is located at the foot of the beautiful Phoenix Ridge, also known as Phoenix Lake. It is located in the middle reaches of the Bachi River that originated from the Shiwanda Mountains in Guangxi. In the past, the river passed through Fenghuangling and Maotou Mountain to form a rapid canyon. In order to pray for good weather and the safety of passing ships, a Dawang Temple was built next to the canyon, hence the name Dawangtan.
Dawangtan Reservoir was constructed in 1958 and completed in 1960. The reservoir hub has a 670-meter-long, 38-meter-high main dam and 10 auxiliary dams, with a total storage capacity of 638 million cubic meters and a water storage area of 38 square kilometers. After years of construction, today's Dawangtan Reservoir has been built into a large-scale reservoir integrating flood control, irrigation, power generation, and tourism.
This project is a perfect combination of our company's water platform and water park. The outer periphery of the pontoon can be used as an inner and outer boundary or an ideal and safe sidewalk, which is an ideal sidewalk for lifeguards and tourists. The total area of the project floating body is 120 square meters, and the construction time is two days.
